I am Lisi Molzbichler, a passionate entrepreneur and mother of three. My mission is to show other entrepreneurs that it is possible to run a successful business and have a fulfilling family life at the same time. With my experiences and tips, I hope to inspire and encourage others to find their own way to a work-family-me balance.
At the balanceUP Summit I bring speakers on the topic of "compatibility" to the stage once a year - this creates a community and a lot of inspiration.

Simon Zotter, MSc is a qualified mental trainer and coach as well as a qualified life and social counsellor in his own practice "erfolgSZweig". As an expert in mental health, he accompanies introverted people in particular on their path to greater self-confidence and supports them in achieving their personal goals with ease in discussions and negotiations. In addition to her work as a carer for people with disabilities, she is also a health psychologist and clinical psychologist. In addition to the fact that she was the person people came to at school to unload their worries, it was also her curiosity about the lives of others that motivated her to pursue her career path. "People are just amazing and everyone is so unique. I often wonder why not everyone is so enthusiastic about people."

Jakob Horvat is a men's coach, meditation teacher, speaker and author of Weltnah. On 7 March 2024, he will be launching his RESONANZ coaching programme specially developed for men. A self-leadership training programme in which men can experience themselves on a deeper level and together develop more competence and awareness for being mature, modern and self-confident men.

In August 2024, Jakob will lead the MANN SEIN retreat in Burgenland together with yoga and meditation teacher Florian Palzinsky. A 5-day retreat that takes men back to their essence through ritual, self-awareness and community and promotes a profound, healing exchange between men.

The stage is the place where she has always felt most at home. So it was only logical that she studied musical entertainment theatre at the Vienna City Conservatory.
